TALLAHATCHIE RIVERFEST MARKETPLACE & FOOD TRUCK
VENDOR INFORMATION and APPLICATIONS

MARKETPLACE = SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 23rd
PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE FILLING OUT THE MARKETPLACE FORM...
*EARLY BIRD SIGN UP (Merchandise, Art, Boutique items, and the like) March 1st-May 31st = $50
*REGULAR SIGN UP (Merchandise, Art, Boutique items, and the like) June 1st-August 31st = $70
*EARLY BIRD SIGN UP for Info or Give-A-Ways. NO SALES, SERVICE CALL SIGN UPS, PROMOTION OF FUTURE SALES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED March 1st-May 31st = $25
*REGULAR SIGN UP (Info or Give-A-Ways. NO SALES, SERVICE CALL SIGN UPS, PROMOTION OF FUTURE SALES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED)) June 1st-August 31st = $45
There will be no applications taken after September 1st.
*Tallahatchie Riverfest Marketplace Vendor application is for anyone who wants to set up on Saturday, September 23rd from the hours of 9am until 3pm.
*We will be set up at the Union County Courthouse. Parking is available for vendors in the BNA Bank, Regions Bank, the old Fred's parking lot, and the Union County Library parking lot.
*Because of the BNA Bank RiverRun logistics, all vendors MUST BE unloaded and off of the street BY 7:30am. There can be NO vehicles, moving or parked, on Bankhead Street at all after 7:30am. Main Street, behind the courthouse, will also be blocked to thru traffic from 8am until 8:30am as well.
* All vendors will be given a 7% tax form to fill out. All vendors will be expected to bring that form and money (or a check made out to New Albany Main Street) to the Main Street tent between 3pm and 4pm before leaving the Marketplace.
*Tallahatchie Riverfest 2023 Marketplace will not take multiples of the same mass produced product, but will consider more than one vendor for unique, handmade items. For example, we will only take 3 wreath makers. After that, it waters down the market and we want to be sure each vendor gets maximum sales.
*Applications are taken based on past vendors as priority then first come first served.
*EARLY BIRD applicants will be notified the first week of June. If for some reason the Marketplace Committee needs to decline an applicant, they will notify that applicant asap.
*REGULAR applicants will be notified the first week of September. If for some reason the Marketplace Committee needs to decline an applicant, they will notify that applicant asap.
*There are limited electrical outlets that are available on a first come, first served basis that are an additional $10. Anyone purchasing access to electricity will need to bring their own extension cords.
*Online payment (with online fees) or check mailed/delivered to the Main Street office, 135 E Bankhead Street, or it will be assumed that the space is no longer desired.

FOOD TRUCKS = SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 23rd
PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE FILLING OUT THIS FORM:
*EARLY BIRD SIGN UP March 1st-May 31st = $150
*REGULAR SIGN UP June 1st-August 31st = $200
NO applications will be taken after August 31st
*ELECTRICITY - a regular plug fee is $10 for the weekend.
Any specialty plugs that need to be added will have a $50 fee for the weekend.
Tallahatchie Riverfest Food Truck Vendor application is for anyone who wants to set up on Saturday, September 23rd to sell food. Applications are taken based on past vendors as priority then first come first served.
There are two options on Saturday, September 23rd. At the Marketplace and Case Knife Show area from 9am until... at the Union County Courthouse and the concert area from 5-10pm at Park Along the River Stage. The application and electricity fee covers both areas.
If you are setting up to vend at the Main Street Marketplace on Saturday morning, please be aware that there no moving vehicles can be on Bankhead Street at all ofter 7:30am or Main Street between 7:30am and 9am due to the BNA Bank RiverRun. Food trucks will be allowed to load in at 9am.
Tallahatchie Riverfest 2023 Food Truck committee will not take multiples of the same food product. Our optimal food truck number is 6-8. Snow cones, ice cream, hot dogs, corndogs, cotton candy, funnel cakes, BBQ, tacos, burgers, hibachi, sandwiches, etc are needed.
