MARKETPLACETallahatchie Riverfest Marketplace Vendor application is for anyone who wants to set up on Saturday, September 25th from the hours of 10am until 3pm. The fee for set up is $50 for everyone, $10 additional for electricity. Please fill out the form and submit by Friday, August 27th. You will be contacted by Friday, September 3rd to confirm your acceptance. Vendor fees will be due by Friday, September 17 - online payment or check mailed/delivered to the Main Street office, 135 E Bankhead Street. Applications are taken based on past vendors as priority then first come first served. Tallahatchie Riverfest 2021 Marketplace will not take multiples of the same mass produced product, but will consider more than one vendor for unique, handmade items. This is not a food truck application. If you are a mobile food truck, you will need to fill out that form.

FOOD TRUCKS =Tallahatchie Riverfest Food Truck Vendor application is for anyone who wants to set up on Saturday, September 25th at the Park Along the River from the hours of 11am until 10pm. The fee for set up is $150 for everyone, $20 additional for electricity. Please fill out the form and submit by Friday, August 27th. You will be contacted by Friday, September 3rd to confirm your acceptance. Vendor fees will be due by Friday, September 17 - online payment or check mailed/delivered to the Main Street office, 135 E Bankhead Street. Applications are taken based on past vendors as priority then first come first served. Tallahatchie Riverfest 2021 Food Truck committee will not take multiples of the same food product. Our optimal food truck number is 6. We have a Snow Cone truck, and will not need another one. Corndogs, cotton candy, barbque, tacos, sandwiches, etc are needed.

*The festival provides only the ground space for Marketplace Vendors and Food Trucks. Each vendor must provide their own tent, vending booths, tables, chairs, extension cords, etc and prepare his/her own displays. Tents should be weighted for protection in case of windy weather. Ground stakes MAY NOT be used. Tents can be any color and should be clean and in good condition.
*Vendors must exhibit professionalism while unloading/loading, set up, and festival hours.
*After unloading, vehicles must be moved to designated parking. Vehicles WILL NOT BE PERMITTED to remain around the exhibition space during the festival, nor may they enter the area until approved by the Festival Committee (3pm is the planned festival break down time).
*Exhibitors must participate for the entire length of the festival hours (10am-3pm).
*The Festival is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given for cancellation due to inclement weather or for artist no-shows.
*Food vendors are the only vendors who may have any kind of food and soft drinks at their booth unless otherwise allowed with permission from the Tallahatchie Riverfest Committee.
*Vendors may not sell alcohol, drugs, drug paraphernalia, or obscene items of any sort.
*Each Applicant shall be responsible for obtaining any required licenses, permits or approvals under state laws applicable to his/her activity at the Festival and for paying the taxes that are applicable at the Festival. Mississippi Tax Commission requires the collection of 7% sales tax on all items sold and 9% on food & beverage. Sales tax will be collected at the 3PM on the day of the festival for those who are leaving at 3PM.
