To purchase your spot for Arts Market, Marketplace, & Food Vendor space, you can download & print the application HERE and mail in with your payment OR you can go to the merchandise page and choose your category. If you need electricity, please be sure to add that to your shopping cart. Our Marketplace manager will reach out to you via email or phone for details on your products and other needs. Arts Market = Unique, hand crafted, limited. We are accepting applications in all mediums including painting, photography, printmaking, metalwork, stained glass, folk, sculpture, mixed media, collage, jewelry, graphic, upcycled, ceramics, textiles, etc.  

Marketplace = Machine or mass produced. Multiples of the same thing.  

*The festival provides only the ground space for exhibits. Each vendor must provide their own tent, vending booths, tables, chairs, extension cords, etc and prepare his/her own displays. Tents should be weighted for protection in case of windy weather. Ground stakes MAY NOT be used. Tents can be any color and should be clean and in good condition.

*Vendors must exhibit professionalism while unloading/loading, set up, and festival hours.

*After unloading, vehicles must be moved to designated parking. Vehicles WILL NOT BE PERMITTED to remain around the exhibition space during the festival, nor may they enter the area until approved by the Festival Committee (4pm is the planned festival break down time).

*Exhibitors must participate for the entire length of the festival hours (10am-4pm).

*The Festival is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given for cancellation due to inclement weather or for artist no-shows.

*Food vendors are the only vendors who may have any kind of food and soft drinks at their booth unless otherwise allowed with permission from the Tallahatchie Riverfest Committee.

*Vendors may not sell weapons, alcohol, drugs, drug paraphernalia, or obscene items of any sort.

*Each Applicant shall be responsible for obtaining any required licenses, permits or approvals under state laws applicable to his/her activity at the Festival and for paying the taxes that are applicable at the Festival. Mississippi Tax Commission requires the collection of 7% sales tax on all items sold and 9% on food & beverage. Sales tax will be collected at the 3PM on the day of the festival for those who are leaving at 4PM.
