Earlybird fee $10 before Wednesday 11/25 @ 4PM.
$15 any time after 11/25 @ 4PM. ALL application fees go to New Albany Gazette's Sharing at Christmas fund.
There is a $100 prize for each category. Judges will consider those entries that best display the Country Christmas theme. Judging will begin at 4:30 and conclude at 5:15. First place ribbons will be awarded at 5:45 and checks can be picked up at the Main Street office Mon thru Fri, December 1-4th. Good luck and have fun!
1. Fill out and submit
the application form.
2. Go to the merchandise page and pay the entry fee. There is a $1 online payment fee.
1. Pick up an application form from the New Albany Main Street office, 135 E Bankhead Street, or click HERE to print one.
2. Bring your application and fee to New Albany Main Street.
Final parade route and line up details will be emailed and/or texted out on Friday, November 27th.

By clicking SUBMIT, the applicant shall; 1. indemnify and save harmless the City of New Albany, Union County, New Albany Main Street Association and Christmas Parade coordinators, its agents and employees and assigns from and against all losses, costs, damages, expense and liability caused by an accident or other occurrence in bodily injury, including death, sickness and disease to any persons, or damage or destruction to property, real or personal, arising directly or indirectly from operations, products or services rendered under this contract, 2. agree to abide by all Rules and Regulations set forth in this Christmas Parade application, 3. agrees to consider this application a commitment and realize there will be no refunds of the application fee unless the parade is cancelled, and 4. does hereby and forever discharge the City of New Albany, Union County, New Albany Main Street Association and Christmas Parade coordinators of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims, and demands whatsoever in law or equity from any loss or damage to the undersignedʼs property while in the possession, supervision or auspices of the Christmas Parade, its agents, representatives or employees.
