Originally set out to celebrate the birth of Pulitzer Prize winning author William Faulkner on September 25, 1897 in the city of New Albany, Tallahatchie Riverfest has

become a weekend of people gathering from far and wide. Faulkner Literary Luncheon, An Evening in the Faulkner Garden, Marketplace shopping and food truck feasting, and an inflatable fun park are some of the activities visitors to the festival. Evenings are for sitting back and relaxing with an outdoor movie and live music. Whether you

are coming to New Albany for the day or staying for the weekend, we look forward to having you in the heart of the Mississippi Hills.

For more than 30 years, the Tallahatchie Riverfest has been New Albany's

premiere festival, highlighting literature, music, and food.

MUSIC LINEUP COMING SOON!
