Become a Main Street Partner
Our mission is “to enhance the culture and quality of life in New Albany through planned revitalization, diversification, and preservation of the downtown historic district through active community involvement.”
We can only do this through partnerships helping this nonprofit organization raise its operational budget.
Over the years, the New Albany Main Street Association has achieved significant growth and accomplished many improvements. Our partners are the key to these achievements. New Albany Main Street Hosts the Annual Miss New Albany
and Miss Teen New Albany 2025
New Albany Main Street recently celebrated its annual Miss New Albany and Miss Teen New Albany Pageant for the year 2025. Miss Emma Easter was crowned Miss Teen New Albany and Allyson Beard was crowned Miss New Albany 2025. Miss Allyson will go on later this year to represent New Albany in the Mississippi Miss Hospitality competition in Hattiesburg, MS. Congratulations to Emma and Allyson on their well-deserved titles!




New Albany Main Street Association, has been awarded a grant to enhance arts education for local youth and seniors. This support will not only enrich the cultural landscape of the community but also provide valuable opportunities for artistic growth and expression. Kudos to MAC and all the grant recipients for their dedication to fostering creativity and artistic development in Mississippi!
The Mississippi Arts Commission (MAC) is making a significant investment in the arts community for the fiscal year 2025. With over $1.7 million in grants being distributed to more than 300 organizations, schools, and individual artists across the state, the impact on the arts scene is sure to be substantial.


Congratulations Magnolia Theatre!
We are thrilled to announce that the Mississippi Arts Commission (MAC) has awarded $3.5 million through the Building Fund for the Arts Grant to 20 arts organizations in 13 counties. New Albany Main Street (Union) has been awarded $26,430 to update the Magnolia Theatre with a new sound system and make aesthetic improvements.
This grant will help enhance the cultural experience in our community, and we couldn't be more excited for the improvements to come. Thank you, MAC, for supporting the arts in Mississippi!
